Overview
- On Monday, the coffin leaves Kensington Palace for private Catholic rites, initially led by a piper from the Royal Dragoon Guards before resting overnight in the cathedral’s Lady Chapel.
- Tuesday’s Requiem Mass at Westminster Cathedral will be celebrated by Cardinal Vincent Nichols, with the Dean of Windsor participating.
- After the service, the coffin will be taken by hearse to the Royal Burial Ground at Frogmore, Windsor.
