Overview

• On Monday, the coffin leaves Kensington Palace for private Catholic rites, initially led by a piper from the Royal Dragoon Guards before resting overnight in the cathedral’s Lady Chapel.
• Tuesday’s Requiem Mass at Westminster Cathedral will be celebrated by Cardinal Vincent Nichols, with the Dean of Windsor participating.
• After the service, the coffin will be taken by hearse to the Royal Burial Ground at Frogmore, Windsor.
• The vigil will include the Rite of Reception and Vespers, with prayers led by Auxiliary Bishop James Curry.
