DTC Bus Marshal Arrested After Conductor’s Finger Bitten Off in Route Dispute

AIIMS confirmation of amputation prompted a grievous-hurt case alongside DTC disciplinary proceedings.

  • DTC began disciplinary action and repatriated the marshal to his parent cadre, while police recorded an initial PCR call from the accused at 6:48 pm followed by a later call reporting the injury around 7:46 pm.
