Newly released footage captures the moment an SUV driven by Steven Schwally crashes into Hawaii Nail & Spa in Deer Park, NY.

Four people, including an off-duty NYPD officer, were killed in the crash.

Steven Schwally, the alleged driver, admitted to consuming 18 beers before the incident.
