Drone Strikes Kill Three in Moscow Suburbs

  • Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said air defenses downed more than 120 drones headed for the capital and its outskirts, and Russia’s Defense Ministry said it intercepted 556 drones nationwide overnight.
  • Russian authorities blamed Ukraine for the operation and state media framed it as the biggest on Moscow in more than a year, though the reports offered no independent confirmation from Kyiv.
