Overview
- Zaporizhzhia’s governor said attacks on energy infrastructure cut power across much of the region, prompted an operational headquarters, and left more than 205,000 consumers in 365 settlements without electricity as crews restored supply fully in three districts and partially in one.
- Kherson authorities reported 450 settlements and 14 municipalities without power following strikes, with repair work under way.
