Overview

• A 29-year-old woman was struck just before 7 am on July 14 while using a pedestrian crossing at Woodville Road and Kirrang Avenue in Villawood
• She was treated on scene by paramedics and remains in critical condition at Liverpool Hospital following emergency surgery
• The driver, believed to be in a blue Hyundai hatchback, failed to stop and was last seen heading south on Woodville Road
