Overview

• Donovan Travis Dineen-Whitham, 38, a security team member at DGB Hospitality Group, died at the junction of Vandries Street and Waterloo Road on May 28 after colliding with a Volkswagen ID3.
• Merseyside Police arrested a 24-year-old man from Liverpool on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and have since released him under investigation.
