Driver released under investigation after Liverpool security guard killed in motorbike crash

  • Donovan Travis Dineen-Whitham, 38, a security team member at DGB Hospitality Group, died at the junction of Vandries Street and Waterloo Road on May 28 after colliding with a Volkswagen ID3.
