Overview

• Police say a 42-year-old man from Hackham West was arrested and charged with two counts of causing death by careless use of a motor vehicle.
• Emergency services responded about 11:30pm to Cape Willoughby Road at Cuttlefish Bay, where a 26-year-old UK national and a 55-year-old man from Woodcroft died at the scene.
