Driver Brutally Attacked by Teen Cyclists in Downtown LA

Incident leaves driver with broken leg and significant property damage; no arrests made yet

A group of approximately 30 teenagers on bicycles assaulted Shailoobek Bazarbai Uulu on August 2.
The attack occurred after one of the teens threw a water bottle into Uulu's car at an intersection.
Uulu suffered a broken leg and multiple lacerations; his vehicle was heavily vandalized and personal belongings stolen.
Bystanders filmed the incident, and some attempted to intervene and help Uulu to safety.
Los Angeles police have yet to make any arrests in connection with the attack.
