• Bath Law Courts disqualified Emmanuel Oyoyo for six months on September 26 due to accumulated licence points.
• An automatic camera recorded him at 68mph on August 12, 2024, between M4 junctions 19 and 20 where a 60mph variable limit was active.
• He was also detected by a camera on the M5 between junctions 15 and 17 on the same journey.
• For the M4 offence he received three penalty points, a £177 fine, £85 in costs, and a £71 surcharge due by October 24, 2025.
