Overview
- Berkeley police say a driver allegedly drove onto a sidewalk just before 7:45 a.m., striking two people on the 2700 block of Belrose Avenue.
- The vehicle fled east on Derby Street, was abandoned near Emerson Elementary on the 2800 block of Garber Street, and an attempted carjacking was reported nearby.
