• Police identified the deceased as Victoria Crawford, 33, of Chesapeake, and Michael Jackson, 35, of Hampton.
• The driver, Timothy Falcone, 49, of Suffolk, was booked on two counts of involuntary manslaughter and for driving on a revoked license.
