Drill Rapper Digga D Sentenced to Nearly Four Years for Cannabis Supply

The 24-year-old artist, Rhys Herbert, was convicted of supplying 45kg of cannabis after being arrested during an Instagram livestream.

Digga D, real name Rhys Herbert, was sentenced to three years and 11 months for supplying 45kg of cannabis, with half the term to be served in custody.
The rapper was arrested in February 2024 near Lincoln while livestreaming on Instagram, leading to a detailed investigation of his involvement in drug supply.
Prosecutors alleged Herbert was linked to the supply of up to 60kg of cannabis, though the court determined he was directly responsible for 50.65kg.
Herbert has six prior convictions for 13 offenses, including possession of a blade and violent disorder, though this marks his first drug-related conviction.
A letter from Herbert's mother revealed he has been reading the Bible daily and expressed remorse during his time in custody at HMP Wormwood Scrubs.
