DeVito, who was named starter after Daniel Jones was benched and released, injured his forearm during a 30-7 loss to the Buccaneers on November 24.
The Giants, now 2-10 and on a seven-game losing streak, are winless at home this season and face a Saints team with a 4-8 record and one of the league's weakest pass defenses.
