Dresdner Weihnachts-Circus Sets 28th Edition Opening Dec. 12 With 41 Shows

Organizers tout a parking deal at Elbepark with two-hour gaps between shows to ease last year’s traffic problems.

Overview

  • Performances run from December 12, 2025 to January 4, 2026 at the Washingtonstraße tent city, with 41 dates confirmed.
  • Visitors are directed to use the area opposite Elbepark for parking under a new agreement after congestion and shortages at last year’s premiere.
  • Daily start times have been staggered so there are now two hours between the two shows to smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Roughly two-thirds of tickets are sold, and organizers say they anticipate another record season after drawing about 100,000 visitors last year.
  • The program features 16 acts from 14 countries with around 85 artists, including the Wuhan Acrobatic Troupe and Flying Martini, plus pre-circus events on November 29 and December 6 at the venue.
