Dresden's Semperopernball Celebrates Centennial with Star-Studded Lineup

The 100th anniversary of the Semperopernball will feature performances by renowned artists and award presentations.

The Semperopernball in Dresden is set to celebrate its 100th anniversary on February 7, 2025.
Grammy-winning DJ and producer Purple Disco Machine, also known as Tino Piontek, will be honored with the Choros Award.
The event will feature performances by prominent artists including trumpeter Till Brönner, pop singer Max Giesinger, and soprano Golda Schultz.
Stephanie Stumph and Tom Wlaschiha will return as hosts for the evening, following their successful debut this year.
The celebration will include contributions from the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden, the Semperoper Ballet, and the children's choir of the Sächsische Staatsoper.
