Dream Theater and Z2 Launch ‘Parasomnia’ Graphic Album With Signed, Deluxe and Tour Editions

Overview

  • Dream Theater and Z2 opened preorders on August 14 for Parasomnia: The Graphic Album, a companion volume to the band’s sixteenth studio LP.
  • The graphic album comprises eight standalone comics, each interpreting a track’s sleep-and-dream theme through storytelling by award-winning writers and artists.
  • Collector configurations include a slipcased Platinum Edition signed by the band, a Deluxe Edition with sea-blue double LP and enamel pins, and a Tour Edition exclusive to fall 2025 shows.
  • Parasomnia is Dream Theater’s first album with drummer Mike Portnoy since 2009 and centers on disruptive sleep disorders across eight songs totaling about 71 minutes.
  • Dream Theater will perform the album in full on its U.S. tour, which kicks off September 5 in Reading, PA and concludes October 25 in Long Island, NY, where the Tour Edition will be sold at venues.
