- Former drummer Kerry Jacobson announced Taylor’s death on social media, and no cause has been made public.
- Taylor was 74 and was among the last surviving members of Dragon’s classic 1970s lineup.
- He joined the band in 1974 and played on hit singles including “April Sun in Cuba,” “Are You Old Enough?” and “Still In Love With You,” as well as the albums Sunshine, Running Free and O Zambezi.
