• The book USA v Raj was unveiled on September 23 at Mumbai’s JW Marriott by actors Anupam Kher and Tusshar Kapoor.
• Kabir Bedi will portray Dr. Bothra in the screen adaptation announced at the event, with filming planned in India and the United Kingdom.
• Ravi K. Chandran is set to direct, with production by Prashant Shah’s Bollywood Hollywood Productions in collaboration with Twickenham Productions.
• Emily Shah will play Sonia Bothra, the doctor’s daughter, and Ankur Bhatia has also joined the cast.
• The film draws from the memoir with a screenplay by Zill-e-Huma, Shubho Deep Pal, Hussain Dalal, and Abbas Dalal, and sound design by Oscar winner Resul Pookutty.
