Overview

• Russian drone, missile and artillery strikes killed at least 24 civilians and wounded over 200 in Dnipro, Kherson, Sumy and other regions, officials said.
• A ballistic missile assault on Dnipro claimed 15–19 lives and injured up to 279 people while damaging schools, hospitals, a passenger train and cultural sites.
• Ukrainian drones damaged a grain warehouse, a school, residential buildings and a sports complex in Russia’s Rostov region without reported casualties.
