- An AI-powered Recruitment Rules Generator integrated with the RRFAMS portal guides users through questions, suggests recruitment methods and auto-generates draft rules in the prescribed format.
- The e-HRMS 2.0 mobile app on Android and iOS gives government employees access to service records and processes such as promotions, transfers, deputations, training and superannuation.
- New iGOT Karmayogi features include AI Sarthi, AI Tutor, a specialisation programme and an AI-based capacity-building plan tool, complemented by the Karmayogi Digital Learning Lab 2.0 for AR/VR and gamified training content.
