- Frustrated customers reported stuck orders and many switched to rival services such as Uber Eats, while drivers saw error messages like “Unable to load data.”
- DoorDash engineers applied state-by-state patches to bring incident reports down to about 2,800 by 7:47 am CT and roughly 500 by 8:19 am CT.
- By 11 am EDT, the platform was operating normally nationwide and Downdetector reports had returned to baseline levels.
