The 28-year-old has been remanded to Brisbane Magistrates Court with the case adjourned to December 15.
Overview
- Queensland Police charged the man with two counts of murder (domestic violence offence), three counts of attempted murder against a child, and contravening a domestic violence order (aggravated).
- Police confirmed the 30-year-old woman placed a Triple Zero call around the time of the November 7 crash that also killed her 10-year-old daughter.
- Investigators allege a Nissan rammed a Toyota LandCruiser on Doomadgee Road about 6:30am, causing the LandCruiser to roll.

- Mount Isa CIB and the Homicide Investigation Unit continue the probe, and police say an internal review will examine their actions and support for the grieving community.
