Donkey Kong Land 2 Added to Nintendo Switch Online Game Library

The 1996 Game Boy platformer is now available to all Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, expanding the service's retro game offerings.

Donkey Kong Land 2, originally released for the Game Boy in 1996, is now playable through the Nintendo Switch Online service.
The game follows Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong as they embark on a mission to rescue Donkey Kong from Kaptain K. Rool across 40 levels filled with traps, collectibles, and enemies.
Players can utilize Diddy Kong's cartwheel and grappling skills or Dixie Kong's Helicopter Spin for unique gameplay mechanics.
Unlike some other retro games on the service, Donkey Kong Land 2 is accessible to all Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, regardless of membership tier.
This addition increases the total number of Game Boy and Game Boy Color games available on Switch Online to over 30 in western regions.
