Don Lemon, former CNN anchor, has announced his return to broadcasting with a new show on Elon Musk's social media platform X. The show is set to air 30-minute episodes three times a week.
Lemon's decision to join X comes amid concerns about the platform's content moderation policies under Musk's leadership. Critics argue that the platform has become a breeding ground for harmful rhetoric and misinformation.
Lemon was fired from CNN last year after a series of controversies, including derogatory remarks he made about women past their 40s being 'past their prime'.
Despite past disagreements, former Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson, who also hosts a show on X, welcomed Lemon to the platform.
Along with Lemon, X also announced new shows from former U.S. congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and sports radio host Jim Rome.
