DOJ Seeks Prison Time for Thief of Ashley Biden's Diary

The DOJ has requested a New York district judge to sentence Aimee Harris to four to ten months in prison for stealing Ashley Biden’s diary and selling it to Project Veritas.
Harris pleaded guilty in August 2022 to conspiring to commit interstate transportation of stolen property.
Prosecutors argue Harris’s repeated attempts to delay her sentencing, including providing false information and failing to comply with court orders, warrant a harsher sentence.
The diary contained highly personal entries, and its contents, although not published by Project Veritas, eventually surfaced online.
Harris’s sentencing is scheduled for April 9, while co-defendant Robert Kurlander’s sentencing is set for April 12.
