DOJ agrees to withdraw new charges against Sam Bankman-Fried; judge skeptical of dismissing other counts

Sam Bankman-Fried was facing 13 criminal charges after the downfall of FTX.
Federal prosecutors have withdrawn five of these charges for the October 2 trial.
