Dog Assists in Ice Rescue of Michigan Man

- The man's dog, Ruby, was sent over to Bennetts, who attached a rescue disc to her collar.
- Ruby returned to her owner with the rescue disc, allowing Bennetts and a firefighter from Grand Traverse Metro Fire Department to pull the man to safety.
- The man was in the water for about 16 minutes and was later released from Munson Medical Center without serious injuries.
