Ohtani was seen on the sidelines before the game, interacting with Rams players and their mascot, Rampage.
Despite rumors, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, a teammate of Ohtani's on the 2023 World Baseball Classic championship team and recent signee of the Dodgers, was not present at the game.
Ohtani recently signed a record $700 million contract with the Dodgers, deferring 97 percent of the money until the end of the contract.
Ohtani's appearance at the Rams game follows his recent recognition as AP Male Athlete of the Year for the second time in three years.
