Overview
- DNO will hand over its entire 28.9% interest in the producing Vilje field to Aker BP and reduce its Kveikje stake by 9 percentage points to 20%.
- Interests in three exploration licences will be lowered for DNO: PL1171 to 34% from 50%, PL1175 to 20% from 30%, and PL1204 to 40% from 60%.
- Verdande, operated by Equinor about 10 kilometers north of Norne, is in advanced development with a three-well subsea tie-back to the Norne FPSO and first production targeted for late 2025.
