- Police arrested the man on September 2 in Castelldefels and brought him before Gavà’s investigating court on September 4, after which he was remanded to custody.
- He is accused of two counts of sexual assault with violence and intimidation, two counts of injury, illegal weapons possession, and robbery with violence and/or intimidation.
- Investigators say the same assailant attacked two women in Gavà on October 1, 2024, and January 24, 2025, using disguises such as wigs, glasses and a fake mustache while threatening them with a knife and, in one case, a firearm.
