Overview
- DMK delegation led by N. R. Elango pressed the poll panel to accept Aadhaar and ration cards for verifying date and place of birth during Bihar’s voter roll overhaul.
- The Election Commission said the Aadhaar proposal is sub-judice and will examine four of DMK’s five recommendations on electoral roll updates.
