DLF Sells Out First Phase of Mumbai’s Westpark in Under a Week

The complete sell-out of all 416 Andheri West units for ₹2,300 crore surpasses half of DLF’s FY26 sales target with new towers set to begin sales soon.

  • DLF Home Developers and Trident Realty’s 51:49 joint venture under an SRA scheme cleared all Phase 1 units on a five-acre Andheri West site with a ₹900 crore investment.
  • Phase 1 comprised 416 luxury apartments priced from ₹4 crore to ₹7.5 crore and launch rates of ₹42,000–₹47,000 per sq ft.
  • The rapid absorption follows DLF’s record ₹21,223 crore sales bookings in FY25 and contributes over 50% of its ₹20,000–₹22,000 crore FY26 guidance.
  • Buyers snapped up four 37-storey towers offering 3- and 4-BHK layouts plus limited penthouses within seven days of launch.
  • The Westpark features a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse with wellness hubs, co-working spaces and leisure facilities ahead of upcoming tower launches.
