DLF Privana North Sells Out in One Week, Amasses Rs11,000 Crore

It reflects strong demand from both domestic and overseas buyers in Gurugram’s luxury housing market.

Overview

  • The 17.7-acre Privana North phase comprises six stilt+50-storey towers hosting 1,152 four-bedroom residences and 12 penthouses designed by HB Design, InSite International, Thornton Tomasetti and other global firms.
  • Domestic purchasers and NRIs—who made up 30% of overseas sales—drove the complete sell-out within seven days of the June launch.
  • Privana North offers direct connectivity to the Southern Peripheral Road, NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway and sits near key commercial hubs such as DLF Corporate Greens and the American Express campus.
  • DLF achieved a record Rs21,223 crore in sales bookings in fiscal 2024-25, a 44% year-on-year jump, and plans to unveil over Rs17,000 crore of new housing projects this fiscal.
