Djokovic secures record eighth title, Sabalenka wins her first after a standout season

Novak Djokovic and Aryna Sabalenka have been honored as the International Tennis Federation's 2023 World Champions.
Djokovic won the Australian Open, French Open and US Open, raising his major trophy total to a men's-leading 24.
This is Djokovic's eighth ITF World Champion award, a record in the men's category.
Sabalenka won the Australian Open for her first Grand Slam title and finished as the runner-up at the US Open.
This is Sabalenka's first ITF World Champion award, and she made her debut at No. 1 in the WTA rankings in September.
