'Basic Being Basic,' the lead single, critiques modern dating and social trends with sharp lyrics and a synth-heavy indie pop sound.
The album, co-produced with Adam Thein, was recorded at Electric Lady Studios and marks a stylistic shift toward late 60s and 70s-inspired instrumentation.
'The Crux' explores themes of relationship dissolution, self-resilience, and the value of community, spanning 12 tracks.
Djo's 'Back On You' world tour will kick off on April 4 in Portland, covering North America, Europe, and Australia, with Post Animal as the opening act.
