DJI Launches Osmo Nano, Its Smallest Modular Action Camera With 4K/120 and 10‑Bit Log

The wearable camera rolls out in Europe, Canada, the UK, with no U.S. release at launch.

Overview

  • The Osmo Nano pairs a 52–53g detachable camera pod with a magnetically attached Multifunctional Vision Dock that adds an OLED touchscreen, charging and high‑speed transfers.
  • A 1/1.3‑inch sensor delivers up to 13.5 stops of dynamic range, 4K video up to 120fps, and 10‑bit D‑Log M recording for greater color flexibility.
  • Users can start recording with a nod or a tap, while features include pre‑record, RockSteady 3.0 stabilization, horizon balancing in 16:9 modes, and timelapse tools.
  • Battery life is rated at 55–60 minutes for 4K/30 on the pod alone, rising to about 125–135 minutes at 4K/30 when docked or up to 200 minutes at 1080p/24; the camera is waterproof to 10 meters, with the dock rated IPX4.
  • Two storage options ship with regional pricing—64GB or 128GB (Canada $309/$339, UK £239/£259, EU €279/€309)—plus stereo mics and direct pairing to DJI mic transmitters, positioning the Nano against Insta360’s Go Ultra.
