DJ Zedd has listed his Encino mansion for sale at $18.99 million, which he originally bought from Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner in 2021 for $15.2 million.
The mansion, built in 2019, spans 14,779 square feet and features six bedrooms, a gym, sauna, massage room, home theater, pub, wine cellar, outdoor kitchen, putting green, and a swimming pool.
The property also includes a professional music studio, vocal booth, and a 1,496-square-foot guest house with a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos home theater.
Zedd has transformed the property into a personal wellness retreat, adding amenities like a cardio room, swimmer's pool, saunas, cold plunges, and a massage room.
