Overview

  • The binding order requires designated officers to be present at district-run public hearing camps every week.
  • Officers unable to attend must obtain prior permission from the concerned District Magistrate or face disciplinary action.
  • Departments must nominate officers at the sub-divisional or Deputy Commissioner level to ensure regular attendance.
  • Every district must hold one public hearing camp and one inter-departmental coordination meeting each week without fail.
