  • The new primary roadway entrance will be built off Floridian Way, with the current Seven Seas Drive entry slated to become a dedicated bus station.
  • All core resort amenities—including dining venues, pools and the Great Ceremonial House monorail station—remain open throughout the 2025–2026 refurbishment.
  • Additional work includes repair of the Aotearoa building roof and an updated lobby wall map showcasing new Island Tower artwork.
  • The multi-phase upgrade announced in May focuses on modernizing traffic flow and guest access while preserving the resort’s original South Pacific theme and environmental commitments.
