Disney’s Beach Club Gingerbread Carousel Marks 25 Years, Opens Nov. 19

The lobby showcase honors the resort’s bakery team with elaborate edible details alongside a posted treats counter menu.

Bakers and Cast Members were applying final touches on Nov. 18, with the carousel and its treats counter set to open to guests on Nov. 19.
The posted operating hours for the treats counter are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Menu highlights include Stollen at $24.99, Gingerbread Macarons at $11.79, a Gingerbread Carousel at $54.99, a Gingerbread Martini at $18.50, and Hot Cocoa by Joffrey’s at $4.47, with a gluten/wheat-friendly gingerbread cookie at $11.79.
The ingredient list features large quantities such as 432 pounds of honey, 1,200 pounds of rye flour, 200 pounds of icing, 20 pounds of Grand Marnier, 2,024 pieces of gingerbread, and 25 gold Hidden Mickeys.
Decorative details include a roof topped by a “25” cake motif, candy cane accents, and horses themed to holiday treats and a chef, with a dedication to past and present chefs and the bakery team.
