Disneyland Paris Allows Halloween Costumes for One Night on Oct. 31

The resort presents a narrow exception under strict safety rules with emphasis on identification, family suitability, brand protection.

Overview

  • Costume wear is limited to Halloween night 2025 and does not represent a permanent change to the park’s dress code.
  • Full-face concealment is prohibited for guests 12 and older except for medical masks, with no helmets or masks that hinder identification.
  • Props resembling weapons, long sticks or staffs, and garments that trail on the ground remain barred to protect ride safety and crowd flow.
  • Multi-layered or full-body outfits may trigger additional security checks, including visual inspections and scanning at entrances and inside the park.
  • Guests may dress as Disney characters but must not pose for photos with other visitors or sign autographs, and the standard banned-items list still applies.
