Disneyland Commits $2.5 Billion for Major Expansion

The DisneylandForward proposal includes new theme park lands, attractions, hotels, and significant infrastructure improvements in Anaheim.

Disneyland has committed to a $2.5 billion expansion over the next decade, which includes new theme park lands, attractions, hotels, shopping, and dining.
The expansion is part of the DisneylandForward proposal, which seeks to update a 1990s Anaheim city plan.
Disneyland will also pay $40 million for portions of Magic Way, Clementine Street, Gene Autry Way, and Hotel Way to facilitate the expansion.
The plan includes the construction of a 17,000-space parking structure and up to three pedestrian bridges over Harbor Boulevard.
Disneyland has also pledged over $100 million for Anaheim streets, parks, and affordable housing.
