Overview

• Disney has scheduled the Miller’s Road leisure pool at Disney’s Old Key West Resort to close from September 29 through late November 2025 for routine maintenance.
• Guests may use the Sandcastle Pool and the leisure pools in the Old Turtle Pond and South Point sections during the shutdown.
• Disney advises that refurbishment activity may be visible or audible in the surrounding area while work is underway.
• At Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the lobby aviary has been removed for a new Birdcage Bar and the signature gingerbread house will not return for Christmas 2025.
• Related resort projects continue across the property, including ongoing work at the Polynesian Village Resort and the Contemporary Resort into 2026, with additional updates at Wilderness Lodge, Port Orleans Riverside, and the Beach Club Resort.
