Disney World Posts Official New Year’s Eve Lineup, With EPCOT Leading the Countdown

Overview

• At EPCOT, Luminous: The Symphony of Us runs at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Cheers to the New Year countdown fireworks at 11:54 p.m., with festivities scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and included with regular admission.
• EPCOT’s lineup features a Character Dance Party at the Imagination Pavilion, a relocated Silent DJ in World Showplace with five music channels, dance zones in Japan, Italy and China, and live music in CommuniCore Plaza and the United Kingdom Pavilion.
• Magic Kingdom presents Fantasy in the Sky on December 30 and 31 at 7:30 p.m. and 11:50 p.m.
• Disney’s Hollywood Studios offers a Center Stage Dance Party from 6:00 p.m., a Pixar Dance Party in Pixar Plaza from 6:00–11:30 p.m., hourly early countdowns for kids, Star Wars character encounters, live music on Grand Avenue and near the Hollywood Tower Hotel, and New Year Countdown Fireworks beginning at 11:57 p.m.
• California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is selling special New Year’s Eve seatings featuring a four-course menu, live band, Mickey and Minnie appearances, reserved fireworks viewing and set prices of $229 (Dec. 30), $299 (Dec. 31 early) and $349 (Dec. 31 late) per person.
