Disney World Eliminates Reservation Requirements and Reintroduces Dining Plans

Theme park reservations will not be required for most visitors starting January 9, 2024.
Disney dining plans will return for guests staying at resort hotels beginning January 9, 2024.
Reservations will still be required for some ticket types but not for date-based tickets or annual passholders on select dates.
Disney is updating its Genie+ service so guests spend less time on their phones.
The changes aim to better accommodate visitors amid previous concerns with existing itinerary programs.
