• Muppet Vision 3D has closed permanently at Hollywood Studios, with the theater becoming part of a new Monsters Inc. land.
• Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith will be reimagined with a Muppets theme, replacing the rock‑and‑roll storyline.
• At Animal Kingdom, It’s Tough to Be a Bug will be replaced by a Zootopia show, and DINOSAUR will be rethemed into a new Indiana Jones adventure.
• Magic Kingdom’s Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will receive a major story overhaul that adds redesigned caverns and enhanced effects.
• Disney also lists four new lands in development—Tropical Americas, a Monsters Inc. area, Piston Peak and a Villains Land—plus updates including a planned Spaceship Earth refresh, possible changes to Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, a Mandalorian mission for Smugglers Run, and EPCOT’s reopened Test Track 3.0.
