Overview
- Members must call DVC Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to book, as online reservations are not available.
- Reservations follow Disney’s 60-day window used for dining, opening 60 days from the activity date or from resort arrival for hotel guests.
- Eligible members may bring up to four guests per Membership Card or the number on their Disney Resort reservation, whichever is greater.
- Check-in starts at 6 p.m. at the 16th-floor podium; the lounge operates nightly from 6 p.m. to midnight with blockout dates for holidays and special events, arrival is allowed up to 60 minutes before fireworks, and limited walk-up access begins at 6 p.m.
- Complimentary parking at Disney’s Contemporary Resort begins two hours before the reservation, and the $55 Wicked Wind Down paid experience continues with a cocktail, appetizer, dessert, and reserved seating.
