Overview
- Disney+ released a new trailer for The Beatles Anthology, which returns as a nine-part edition streaming in three batches on Nov. 26, 27 and 28.
- A brand-new Episode 9 features previously unseen 1994–1995 footage of Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr working on the original project, directed by Oliver Murray.
- Footage restoration and multi-channel sound were overseen by Apple Corps and executed by Peter Jackson’s Park Road Post in Wellington, New Zealand.
- Giles Martin created new audio mixes for much of the music, and a companion Anthology 4 collection arrives Nov. 21 with 13 previously unreleased demos and session recordings.
- The release joins other Beatles titles on Disney+, including Get Back, Let It Be and Beatles ’64.
