• Disney will open Pirates Tavern, an immersive Pirates of the Caribbean–themed bar in Adventureland, on August 29, 2025.
• The project builds on recent changes including the removal of Adventureland’s entrance sign and the draining of Rivers of America for the forthcoming Piston Peak land, which is set to debut by 2027.
• Unconfirmed reports suggest Disney is exploring a Moana-inspired boat ride concept to further refresh Adventureland’s lineup.
• In Hollywood Studios, Animation Courtyard attractions will close on September 24 to clear space for The Magic of Disney Animation in 2026 and Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster is scheduled for a Muppets retheme next year.
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge has launched a multi-phase room refurbishment at Jambo House and Kidani Village that will run through early 2027.
